COLUMBIA, Md. – The Anne Arundel Community College volleyball team defeated host Howard Community College, 3-0, Saturday afternoon at Atholton High School. The Riverhawks rallied back from a 21-14 deficit in the first set to win, 26-24, before dominating the second and third sets 25-17, and 25-12.

Jadyn Brown led the Riverhawks with seven kills. Nadia Suber added five kills and three digs. Mia Keen totaled 25 assists and a pair of aces to go with seven digs. Emily Shadle recorded three aces. Lluvia Owens-Pabon had nine digs to go with three kills.

AACC is back in action in a tri-match at Community College of Beaver County on Saturday, September 28. The Riverhawks face the host Titans at 1 p.m. before taking on No. 8 (DIII) Butler County at 3 p.m.
