ARNOLD, Md. – Two members of the Anne Arundel Community College men's soccer team were named All-Region 20, it was announced this week. Sophomore forward Brian Guillen was named to the First Team, and midfielder Chris Moreira was named Honorable Mention. The accolades are the first for both student-athletes.

Guillen led the Riverhawks with 25 points on 11 goals and three assists. He ranked seventh in the Region in goals and eighth in points. Guillen scored game-winners against Southern Maryland, Allegany, and Cecil – a game in which he completely dominated with a career-high four goals.

Moreira started 12 of 13 games for the Riverhawks as a key transition player and a crucial part of AACC's corner sets. He scored three goals and had four assists on the season. He had a goal and an assist in a win over Carroll, and netted a pair of goals in a hard-fought win over Allegany.

AACC finished the regular season with a five-game unbeaten streak before falling to Howard Community College in the Region 20 quarterfinals.
