
LA PLATA, MD. – The Anne Arundel Community College men's soccer team picked up its first win of the season with a 4-3 victory over host College of Southern Maryland in NJCAA Region 20 divisional action Tuesday afternoon.
Riverhawks sophomore Brian Guillen scored two goals. Ednel Marchany added a goal and Israel Argueta Henriquez scored his first career goal in the game.
Olvin Martinez matched a career high with 11 saves.
AACC (1-4-0) is back in action on Thursday with a 7 p.m. home game against Frederick. The athletic department is collaborating with the College's Black Male Institute for a fun evening of fellowship at the game. Admission is free.
