ARNOLD, MD. – Anne Arundel Community College midfielder Savanna Reitz has been named the NJCAA Region 20 Women's Lacrosse Player of the Month for games in March, 2023. Reitz helped lead the Riverhawks to a 3-0 record catapulting them to the top of the NJCAA rankings.

Reitz stepped in as draw specialist for the Riverhawks in March. AACC won 54% of the draws in March, including a season-high 19 at NCAA DIII Keystone on March 25.

The sophomore scored 13 goals and added three assists in three games during the month. She totaled six points (four goals, two assists) at Keystone and again at then No. 5 Monroe with five goals and an assist.

Reitz also collected 15 draw controls, caused seven turnovers, and picked up seven groundballs. She scored on two of three free position attempts in the month.

No. 1 AACC hosts No. 2 Onondaga on Saturday, March 15 in a 12 p.m. game at Siegert Field.
