It is an honor and privilege to be a part of the AACC Women's Basketball coaching staff.  I am excited to help build a strong, solid foundation with Coach Lionel Makell, whose strength is in the development of winning teams, one player at a time.

I look forward to sharing my extensive basketball knowledge gained through many years of coaching in Anne Arundel County, Gambrills-Odenton Recreation Council (GORC), Burlington County, N.J., and Howard County, Md. Savage girls leagues.  My passion is teaching and guiding students to lead productive and successful lives both on and off the court.

I believe in a coaching philosophy of "Telling, Showing, Observing, Providing Feedback & Repetition," which allows both player and coach to develop an understanding for the basics of the game.

This coaching philosophy partnered with Coach Makell's definition of success - "A continual achievement of pre-determined goals, stabilized by balance and purified by belief" can be the start of something really special for the AACC Women's Basketball program.
