Hired in early 2020, just before COVID shut down the AACC season, Coach Noble is anticipated to develop a strong women’s cross country program in the coming year. An experienced long distance coach with vast range of knowledge, Coach Noble has worked with distances from 800 meters through the marathon, from youth to adult. Taking over AACC crowns an extensive career loop on Coach Noble’s immense role in the Anne Arundel running community, from her time founding large youth organizations, to heading high school programs and adult road clubs, to now the collegiate level. She is a recipient of a USA Track & Field Level 2 certification in Youth Specialization, and additionally is a Road Runners Clubs of America (RRCA) Certified Running Coach.

Coach Noble’s knowledge for developing youth athletes is extensive, as is her commitment to curating opportunity in the local running community. From 2007 till 2014 she served as the marathon and half-marathon coach for the Annapolis Striders, where she was also the Vice President of Training and Education. During this time she was also the Head Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field for St. Mary’s High School, and previously the assistant for girls’ cross country and track at Severna Park High School. During this time Coach Noble was also the 5k and 10k coach for Charm City Run.

She recently stepped down from daily management of teams across 15 US states, as well as five counties in Maryland as the founder of the HERO Boys Run Club. The HERO program, created in 2013, is an intentional program designed for both athletic and personal character development for 3rd to 5th grade boys through 8 intensive weeks of programming to learn goal setting, and team work to ready for a 5k. Additionally, Coach Noble founded the Pegasus Running Group that ran from 2014-2018, with a 10-week program to develop AAC youth interest and passion for competitive cross country. Prior to that she founded and operated the Sports Prep Run Clinics, a summer program for high and middle school athletes.

Well versed in total athlete development off the track as well, Coach Noble is an American College of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, and holds both CPR and AED certification. Coach Noble holds a B.S. in Business Management from University of Maryland, University College (UMUC). A teacher as well as a coach, she also serves as adjunct faculty for AACC in Health Sciences, and previously was a Physical Education teacher for the Montessori International Children’s House.
