We would like to welcome your teams to Anne Arundel Community College. We hope that their trip to Arnold, Md., is a safe one, and would like to offer our help with any assistance your athletes may need while here.

The following will be provided:
  • Ice water
  • Injury ice and bags
  • Biohazard disposal
  • Emergency equipment (crutches, backboards, splints) PLEASE return any emergency equipment provided.
  • Hydrocollator, Whirlpool, electrical stimulation and ultrasound
The athletic training room is located in Room 148 in the basement of the Jenkins Gym building, and will be open at least an hour prior to game time. The training room can offer all of the above modalities that your athletes may need. If an athlete requires the use of electrical stimulation or ultrasound, please send specific written documentation of the treatment settings. Finally, please remind your athletes to bring all necessary supplies if taping is required.

During games campus security acts as our liaison with local emergency medical staff. In event of an emergency please be certain that your coaches have all the pertinent information on their athletes so that as much information as possible can be provided to the EMT personnel. We will do our best to provide you with all documentation regarding the incident as soon as possible.
In the event that multiple events are taking place, it may not be feasible for us to be at all venues, in which case we will be available via radio communication through our team’s head coach. Thank you for your consideration in helping me care for your athletes.
