ARNOLD, Md. – Anne Arundel Community College women's lacrosse midfielder Ashlynn Deans has been named the NJCAA Region 20 Women's Lacrosse Player of the Month for games in March, 2024, it was announced Thursday.

Deans scored five goals on just 10 shots for the Riverhawks, who went 2-1 in March. She had three goals in the season opener and two in a road win at Harford. Deans led the Riverhawks with 11 draw controls, and also had six groundballs and six caused turnovers.

The No. 2 Riverhawks host No. 3 Monroe at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, at Siegert Field.
