WESTMINSTER, MD. – Host Carroll Community College defeated the Anne Arundel Community College volleyball team in three sets Wednesday. The Lynx won by scores of 25-13, 26-24, and 25-23.

Jaymee Green had eight kills, four blocks, and three digs for the Riverhawks, who lost their first match of the season. Amari Roberts added five kills while hitting .500 across the match. Setter Mia Keen had 16 assists and seven digs to go with four kills. Defensively Lluvia Owens-Pabon had 10 digs while Sydni Smith recorded 13.

AACC (3-1) continues its busy week with a 6 p.m. home match against Cecil College Thursday.
