Service Game Leads Volleyball Past Allegany

ARNOLD, MD – It took just 33 minutes for the Anne Arundel Community College volleyball team to defeat visiting Allegany, 3-0, Saturday afternoon. The Riverhawks allowed just 6 points during the match.

AACC combined for 64 aces on the day, led by 34 from Sydney Harris. The Riverhawks hit 54.5% on the day, led by perfect kill percentages from Megan Helinski, Emma Quandt, and Elizabeth Jarboe. Quandt added 14 aces, while Karen Bautista recorded 11.

Anne Arundel (4-2) then faced Montgomery College in a continuation of Tuesday's suspended match, followed by a second full non-conference match against the Raptors.
