ARNOLD, MD – The Anne Arundel Community College women's basketball team fell to visiting Garrett College, 76-32, Wednesday evening in Jenkins Gym. Syrena Boone recorded her fourth-straight double-double in the loss with 18 points and 15 rebounds.

Boone corralled 11 of her rebounds off the defensive glass. Jada Turner chipped in with nine points and three rebounds, while Brandy Middleton pulled down seven boards. Izzy Smith recorded four rebounds in her first career start.

The Riverhawks trailed by eight after the first quarter and headed into halftime down, 39-16. 

 AACC is back in action on Thursday, February 10, in a 5 pm game at Camden County CC.
