ARNOLD, MD – Dylan Mansur recorded four goals and three assists to help lead Anne Arundel Community College men's lacrosse team to a 20-6 win Tuesday afternoon over the Nighthawks of Northern Virginia Community College.
The Riverhawks improved to 3-2 with the win, while the Nighthawks fell to 0-4.
Mansur and ten other Riverhawk players recorded goals for the day. Scoring with Mansur was Robert Giuffreda (three goals, one assist), Stone Boone (two goals, four assists), Christopher Jennings (two goals), Joseph Sembly III (two goals), Jeremy Ross (two goals), Noah Hiller (one goal), Donald Bishop Jr. (one goal), Benjamin Zahorec (one goal), Michael Bigelow (one goal), and Patrick Reilly (one goal, one assist).
Goalie Liam Walsh recorded 13 saves for the day and despite going 14-30 at face offs, AACC were 30-31 on clears.
The Riverhawks next match-up will be in NY to take on the Lakers of Finger Lakes Community College. Game is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. start on Thursday March 17th.
