Darren Hoffman (+11) placed eighth and Jameson Haynes (+14) rounded out the scoring for AACC in 15th.

Carroll Community College finished Tuesday's round at +40, followed by host Hagerstown (+46) and College of Southern Maryland (+47).

Carrying a 17-stroke lead into Wednesday's Region 20 Championship round, the Riverhawks finished the two-day tournament with a 29-stroke advantage, cruising to the Region 20 Division II title. Ryan Brophy was two over on day two and claimed top medalist honors with a combined +1. Tim Brophy led the field on the second day at -1, finishing +4 overall in second place. Hoffman cut three strokes off his first day score and moved up two spots on the leaderboard to finish in sixth place at +19 overall. After being the only player in the field to card an eagle on the back nine on day one, Thompson finished in 17th place after 36 holes. Haynes finished in 18th place.

Next up for the Riverhawks is the NJCAA Division II Southeast District Tournament, April 22-23, at The Golf Club of Bristol in Bristol, Tenn.
