Golf Finishes Second at Region 20 Championship

APOLLO, PA – The Anne Arundel Community College golf team placed second at the 2022 Region 20 Division III Golf Championship Monday. The Riverhawks were led by overall second-place finisher Dylan Weiss, who shot a two-day 154 at the Links at Spring Church.

Weiss was even on the back nine en route to a field-low 76 (+4) on the second day of the tournament. Austin Smith finished fifth overall with a two-day 162 after shooting a season-best 78 on the opening day of the tournament.

Chase Kasulke finished with a two-day 169, Jacob Haloskey shot 176 over two days, and Diante Dozier finished with a 167, carding a season-best round of 80 on the second day.

Butler County CC's Troy Loughry won the individual title with a two-day 146 after scoring a tournament-low 73 on the opening day.
