MD JUCO Coaches Association Coach of the Year for men's basketball - 2008-2009

Coached the AACC women's basketball team for 10 years - 1990-2000

Won the women's MD JUCO tournament in '94 (Div II) and in '97 (Div III)

Finished seventh at the NJCAA women's national championship in '97

Head coach for Broadneck HS varsity girls basketball and won the 4A championship, 1988-89

Head coach for high school varsity boys at Thornton Friends School in Silver Springs, 1986-87

Involved in local recreational sports for the past 20 years, coaching baseball, softball and basketball in the Cape St. Claire leagues, and select county basketball teams for boys and girls.

Retired United States Capitol Police Officer-  33 years service
