WYE MILLS, MD – The Anne Arundel Community College men's basketball team suffered a 109-45 loss at Division II Chesapeake Thursday evening in NJCAA Region 20 action. Truth Norton finished just shy of a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds.

Malik Carroll added nine points off the bench while David Onifade chipped in with five points and five rebounds.

Chesapeake led, 52-23, at the half and outscored the Riverhawks, 57-22, in the second half, finishing the game shooting at a hot 52% clip.

The Skipjacks turned the ball over just eight times in the game, while AACC recorded 25 turnovers.

The Riverhawks look to get back in the win column at Frederick on Saturday, December 3. Tip is set for 2 p.m.
