The Riverhawk men's squad opened the season at home against Potomac State College of West Virginia on Tuesday night. Marcus Dentley lead AACC with 14 points and Wesley Bennett finished with 12. Bennett added four steals and three assists against the Catamounts who downed the Riverhawks 79-52. Jemuel Brown grabbed 10 boards for AACC and Larry Stevenson contributed nine points.
The Riverhawks take to the road for their next game at Sandhills Community College on Saturday, November 7. A quick turnaround pits them against Central Carolina on Sunday the 8th.
