COCKEYSVILLE, MD – The Anne Arundel Community College men's cross country team competed against a strong field of NCAA Division I opponents at the Towson Alumni Invitational Saturday afternoon at the Baltimore Agricultural Center.
Paul Watson was the top finisher for AACC, the only NJCAA team in the event, with a time of 30:13.78 in 27th place overall. Grayson McMeen (32:01.93), Luke Jimenez (32:31.48), and Luke Stout (32:39.96) finished 30th through 32nd. Spencer Woodbury (35:37.71) and Justin Abell rounded out the squad's finish in their first race as Riverhawks.
John Rooney of Navy was the top individual finisher with a time of 26:09.00.
AACC continues its strong schedule at the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University on Saturday, October 2.
