Race Notes

              The Riverhawk women's cross country team posted some great times this past weekend (9/8) as they traveled to Youngwood, PA to compete in the 2018 Westmoreland Invitational. Despite the rain, AACC would have two runners place top 5. 

              Emily Jacobsen (Harwood, MD/South River) would finish first for the Riverhawks with her 5K time of 22:35, placing her 3^rd overall with Renee Relf (Glen Burnie, MD/Old Mill) placing 5^th overall with her time of 23:13. Madeline Fitzgerald (Shady Side, MD/Southern) would come in at 26:44 followed by Leslei Garcia Mendez (Crofton, MD/Arundel) at 28:45.

              The Riverhawks will travel to Salisbury, MD for their next meet, competing in the Don Cathcart Invitational hosted by Salisbury University. Race time is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. on Saturday September 29^th.
