The Riverhawks pulled together an exhilarating, 3-0, win over NJCAA DII Region XIX Delaware Technical Community College this past Wednesday night (9/19). Hosted at AACC, a full crowd watched some great high-energy volleyball with impressive rallies displayed from both teams. With the home crowd echoing chants for their Riverhawks, AACC didn't let them down by earning their second straight victory.

SET 1: Despite trading serves to the point of a tied set at 13, the Riverhawks kicked it into gear to slowly pull away from Del Tech. and string some points together. Continuing to remain focused, the Riverhawks were able to close out the set, 25-20.

SET 2: The energy on the court and in the stands was at an all-time high during the second set, as the two teams battled out some extremely lengthy, and skilled rallies. With both teams refusing to go down easily, this set would head past the 25-point mark, but with the Riverhawks ultimately earning the 28-26 win.

SET 3: Del Tech would put up another great fight during the third set, once again trading points and even earning the lead a few times – but, the Riverhawk power serves and kills would ultimately overtake Del Tech, as AACC would claim the set, 25-20, earning the 3-0 match victory.
