HAGERSTOWN, MD – The Anne Arundel Community College men's cross country team competed at the MDJUCO/NJCAA Region XX Championships hosted by Hagerstown Community College Saturday.

Matthew Brown was the top finisher for AACC in 11^th place among MDJUCO runners and 27^th overall with a time of 32:16.2. Gordon Bickerstaff finished 14^th in the conference and 33^rd overall with a time of 33:12.0. Tim Caldwell recorded a time of 33:50.8 to finish in 15^th place in the league and 41^st overall. Brendan Quinn finished 48^th overall and 19^th in MDJUCO with a time of 35:39.2. Jude Poole wrapped up the Riverhawks' finish with a time of 54:18.9.

Howard Community College's Stephen Barr won the race with a time of 27:50.5, leading the top four finishers, all from Howard.

Next up, the Riverhawks travel to Holyoke, Mass., for the NJCAA Division III Championships on November 2.
