Game Notes

              The Riverhawk women's cross country team kicked off their season by attending the Salisbury University Fall Classic on Saturday September 2^nd.

              AACC brought six runners for the race – with Madeline Szanyi (Mayo, MD/South River) finishing first for the Riverhawks with a 6k time of 31:13. Caitlyn Shriver (Pasadena,MD/Northeast) would be the next Riverhawk finisher followed by Madeline Fitzgerald (Shady Side, MD/Southern), MacKenzie Schwartz (Pasadena, MD/Northeast), Heather Verdin (Severn, MD) and Amaya Odgers (Chesapeake, VA/Annapolis).

              Finish 6^th out of the teams attending on the wet day, the Riverhawks are looking to improve with each race and have high expectations as the season contines.

Up Next

              The Riverhawks will travel to New Jersey for their next race to compete in the Bill Fritz Inviational hosted by Rowan University. Race time is scheduled for 12:45 pm on Saturday September 16^th.
