Women’s Cross Country Finishes Fourth at National Championship

WESTFIELD, Mass. – The Riverhawks runners took fourth place at the National Championship just missing third and a place on the podium by one point.  In recent years the team's best finish has been eighth place.  The team proved they deserved their national ranking (seventh) that came in the final poll prior to the championship race.

Mary Ajoh Kuch continued to be outstanding for the Riverhawks crossing the line in eighth place at 19:50.1 in a field of 130 runners.  As part of the elite top 15 runners Ajoh earns All-American honors.
