St. Leonard, Md. - The Riverhawks women's cross country team finished seventh out of 11 teams (188 pts.) in the St. Mary's College Seahawk Invitational 6K race at the Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum, competing against four-year colleges from Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Mary Ajoh Kuch (Severna Park, Md. /Danana Girls) led the team with a time of 26:18 placing 26th overall in a field of 90 runners.  She has had the top time for the Riverhawks in the two races the team has competed in this season.  The team score is determined by the best five finishers. The team's next meet is on Oct. 3 at the Salisbury University Don Cathcart Invitational.
