SALISBURY, MD – The Anne Arundel Community College Men's and Women's Cross Country teams competed at the 31st Annual Don Cathcart Invitational on Saturday, October 5, 2019. The event, hosted by Salisbury University at nearby Winter Place Park featured teams from all NCAA divisions, as well as NJCAA teams of all divisions.
In the men's 8k, Gordon Bickerstaff led the way for the Riverhawks with a time of 32:36.97. Timothy Caldwell (34:00.74), Brendan Quinn (34:32.49), and Jude Poole (59:34.60) rounded out the AACC team.
In the women's 6k, Leslei Garcia paced AACC with a time of 29:00.32. Rebecca White (29:37.86) and Nicole Newell (30:21.18) completed the Riverhawks finish.
AACC next travels to the Gettysburg Invitational on Saturday, October 19th.
