Riverhawks Return Home After 2018 DIII National Championship

            CHAUTAUQUA, NY - The Riverhawk men's golf have returned home after competing in the four rounds of the 2018 NJCAA DIII National Championship this past week (6/5-6/8). Hosted by Jamestown Community College at the Chautauqua Golf Club in Chautauqua, New York – the Riverhawks finished 10th as a team of the 12 highly competitive teams.

            The consistent leader for the Riverhawks was Ryan Brophy (Annapolis, MD/Annapolis Area Christian School) who finished 81/80/78/83. With his scores, Brophy would finish tied for 24th on the individual rankings. Jonathan Reeder (Dunkirk, MD/Northern) finished close behind Brophy, shooting 80/83/82/72, finishing him tied for 32nd overall. Rounding out for AACC was Brian Morusiewicz (Owings, MD/Archbishop Spalding) shooting 94/87/88/84, Michael Weller (Edgewater, MD/South River) shooting 89/89/96/86, and Justin Sodeman (Bowie, MD/St. Mary's) shooting 97/109/96/98.
