Each year Maryland JUCO representatives vote for the school whose teams demonstrated the best sportsmanship throughout the year. The award is named for Dr. Jack Cistriano who was a pioneer for Maryland JUCO athletics, and former Director of Athletics at Chesapeake College.
AACC was chosen for the fifth time since the award was established in 2000-01. Congratulations Pioneer teams and coaches for representing their teams, the college, and Anne Arundel County so well.
