2015 MD JUCO and NJCAA Region XX Champions!October 24, 2015The AACC runners won both the overall Maryland Junior College Championship and the NJCAA Division III Region XX Cross Country Championship on the Oct. 24 in a combined meet.

NJCAA Region XX Division III Men’s Soccer Tournament InformationOctober 20, 2015The Riverhawks are seeded third for the tournament, and will host a quarterfinal game against sixth seed Potomac State College of WVU.

NJCAA Region XX & District H Division III Women’s Soccer Tournament InformationOctober 20, 2015The Riverhawks women will not participate in the tournament this season, but AACC will host the women’s semifinal games.

AACC Men’s Soccer Program Featured in the Capital GazetteOctober 19, 2015The team is 11-3-1 and ranked eighth in the nation in NJCAA Division III as they finish out the last two games of the season on the road, and then move into post season play in the region tournament.

Riverhawks Mascot Casts Vote for a Name!August 26, 2015A free barbecue was held Wednesday, Aug. 26 at noon on the Quad as part of Welcome Week to celebrate the first week of school. Students were treated to an appearance by the new Riverhawks Mascot and free hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, nachos, and Kona Ice.

Winter storm prevents AACC men’s basketball team from traveling to the 2015 NJCAA Division III Region TournamentFebruary 24, 2015Inclement weather from winter storm Pandora forced host CC Allegheny College-Allegheny, Pittsburgh Pa. to postpone the first day of the region tournament, and unsafe conditions prevented the third-seeded Pioneers from traveling to play their first round game 2 CCAC- Boyce that had been moved to Sunday, Feb. 22.
